Windermere Sustainable Car Care in Naples is AWESOME!
My friends, today I want to share my recent experience with WINDERMERE SUSTAINABLE CAR CARE. They are located in Naples, Fl.
Why?
Well, imagine you wake up in the morning. Ready to go out and conquer your world. A flat tire in your car is the first thing you notice. You are in a place where you barely know anyone.
Who do you call?
What do you do?
Of course, you Google it…
As Vianca, my wife made several phone calls… she came across Michael. He very nicely said he would be able to help us. And he did.
The problem was to us that what we thought is was just a simple flat tire, was actually way more complicated… it was a cracked rim which costs several hundred dollars to be replaced, and it needs to be ordered, and wait a few days…. and… and…and.
Michael advised us what were our best alternatives, but certainly, as we were not prepared to take his suggestions because of time constraints and our busy business schedule… we decided to just put the spare tire and deal with it later.
We asked: Well, how much do we owe you for changing the spare tire and your time?
He said: “You owe me nothing… really, I have not done anything to charge you for it”.
We were shocked to hear his answer. But he insisted in taking no payment.
And that is the main reason why I decided to write this blog and share it with the world.
There are wonderful and honest people in the world. And Michael Warren is definitely one of those people.
In addition, one of his mechanics, gave us our car back, he checked the air in all 4 tires and gave us 2 really cold Vanilla Cokes for the road. Is that awesome or what?
I said to myself, how can I pay-it-forward to Michael?
Right on the moment I asked him for his email address and if you had a website to leave a review. I felt inspired to do it because when good service is given… when people do awesome things for you, it is very important to CELEBRATE IT… they all deserve it so much.
Their shop is very clean and organized. They have all the tools needed to provide the best of service and they do an awesome job.

We drove off the shop. We made it on time to our meetings. They made us feel really good and made our day easy even though we had a rough start.
