The quality of the food is awesome. The variety in their wine selection is hand-picked by knowledgeable connessiours. The “ladies and gentlemen”, how they call their expert housekeeping team are exceptional in the way they do their job.

One of the things I love to do when I visit any property is to establish a conversation with any waitress or waiter, a bartender, a receptionist, absolutely everyone is happy and very proud to be part of the team. They talk with honor and respect about what they do. They feel that they belong, that they are part of the best team on earth…and they are so right, because they are part of the most fabulous vision the founders had when they first started in the hospitality industry.

Luxury hotels are easy to find in every city you visit, but when you arrive to any Ritz-Carlton hotel, they set the bar way higher than any other brand.

I recently spend a day at the Key Biscayne property. It was the day I got married. My lunch time was fantastic at Cantina’s. My dinner was absolutely amazing.

We want to thank Levent, our preferred waiter who took care of us that day.

I enjoyed a filet mignon and my wife a halibut. The wine, well, was awesome.
