El Pollo Inka restaurant in Miami.

Last week, after finishing one of our daily livestream TV show I felt the desire to eat Peruvian chicken. And, of course, I first thought about my favorite place… “El Pollo Inka”.

For years, Vianca and I have been visiting this restaurant. The food is always over the top. The staff is super friendly.

My favorite is the rotisserie chicken with french fries, salad and a cold Peruvian beer Quisquena.
