Once you signed a Purchase Agreement and give us your initial down payment... we will go ahead to build your home... once your home is finished, we will schedule your final walkthrough. At this times, you can CANCEL your contract, no questions asked if for any reason you are not totally happy with your home. If you choose to cancel your contract, we will refund 100% your initial down payment within 30 days or less... that way neither party will have any further liabilities or obligations... and both parties are free to move forward on a very civilized and conflict-free approach.
