Our first investment property was located at 521 E. 15 Street in Hialeah, Fl.

It was a house that came up for sell right across my parents.

The owners were going through a divorce and needed to sell.

I was already involved in real estate.

At the time, I was a realtor and a mortgage broker.

I bought it below market value because the owners needed a quick sell, which it was great for me.

Back in 2015, we drove by and did a livestream on the property.
