We are very excited to introduce, present and welcome our new floorplan!
VIAMAR #2.
We managed to stay very consistent in many ways with our initial layout,Viamar #1.

The new Viamar #2, has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 car garage with a living-under-air-space of 2,235 sq.ft and a grand total square footage of 2,937.
When you look at Viamar #1 vs. Viamar #2, the first distinction you will see is that #1 is pretty rectangular while #2 is pretty square.
We kept the master bedroom in opposite direction from the other remaining 3 rooms to give it more privacy. In addition, we added significant space to make it one of kind when it comes to usuable space.
The master closet literally goes from wall to wall… and the master bath has plenty of natural light. The jacuzzi or tub is well positioned to allow for maximum relaxation after those crazy busy days as you sip a cocktail. The shower is also very spacious as well.
When it comes to the most used areas of the house, we went with the open-approach, way more modern and trendy compared with our Viamar #1.
The vaulted ceilings add a touch of bigger, more open and free- flowing feeling.
The kitchen area is perfect to cook and entertain at the same time.
We added a big pantry cabinet to one side because in the kitchen there are always new pots to buy and to store.
You can comfortably watch your favorite shows while you cook or wash dishes. You can invite friends and family and dance your music away as if you were in a club (just move your furniture to the sides…LOL).
The terrace area in our Viamar #2 is also bigger than in Viamar #1. Your BBQ grill will perfectly fit on one side and still give you plenty of walkable space to mingle with your guests.
