20. Well drilling

21. Installation of a septic system

22. Punch out list

23. Final walkthrough

24. Final inspection

25. Issue of the Certificate of Occupancy by the city

In our case, all of these steps are performed by independent subcontractors which are hired by us in order to create each amazing VIAMAR home.

All of the work performed will be personally supervised and coordinated under the leadership of Ms. Pino (myself) as the owner and founder of Viamar Homes.
