Real Estate for the LGBT+ community.

As we close this year celebrations for PRIDE month, we want to also talk very briefly about one area that needs improvement… and that is REAL ESTATE!

Women-loving-Women is perfectly acceptable!

Men-loving-Men is also perfectly acceptable!

According to a recent article I read (without mentioning the source), the LGBT+ community have suffered discrimination by landlords for many years… and it is time to STOP IT!

We pay rents.

We pay taxes.

We raise children.

We love our pets.

We love our elderlies.

We volunteer in many ways and for many different causes.

We buy homes.

We build businesses.

WE ARE A VERY POWERFUL COMMUNITY of people who have chosen to show our authenticity by not tolerating what others dictate how we should behave like.

… and one more thing… WE RESPECT those who are not members of the LGBT+ community as well!

… and one more thing again… we, as Real Estate Developers has chosen the beautiful City of Cape Coral in Florida to build new single family homes… and of course, everyone is very welcome… and we mean, absolutely everyone!
