One year later… and now what?

It’s been a year I do not blog… wow… and that makes it a great point for those of you, business owners and entrepreneurs who are hustling every day… and see little or no results from your efforts. KEEP READING, I promise you, I will make you reflect deeply on how you want to continue running your current business.

During this past year, however, I have incredibly advanced in my business. I have created, perfected, tested and proven many different approaches to help me exponentially grow, market and advertise my business in ways I never thought before.

I have created new products. I have re-evaluated my activities. I have cleaned up my own clutter of people, emails, phone calls, personal meetings… anyways, all the time wasters possible.

I have crafted new outrageous strategies that truly scare me, but equally, truly excite me to my deepest cell.

I have carefully designed a new way of living my life, a new way to see the world and the people around me.

I have decided to commit my next 67 years of my remaining life or so… to live fully and in complete happiness and prosperity. (((I always joke with the fact that I am going to last to at least 110 years… and if so, I better make some serious decisions now)))

 

Some of the big decisions I have made is to continue in my real estate journey as a Real Estate Developer. During this past year, I decided on where I am going to build new homes, what is the price of the homes, who will I be serving, and what is the biggest contribution I will offer those families in addition to selling them a new home… I know how I, truly and highly, will serve them today, tomorrow and the years to come… and that makes me extremely happy. Period!

Back in 1990, I started my construction and real estate passion. Today, I still have the fire within.

Better yet, now I am more experienced, equipped and willing to contribute even more meaningfully in ways I never thought possible.

I also decided to continue with my Online Business and combine my real estate experience with my business building skills… I will help families pay off their mortgage in 5-7 years. I will educate, teach and train the next generations about wealth creation and financial freedom… WHY?… because we all deserve to be super happy and super prosperous.

You will never learn these skills in any school, not even Harvard… because… building a business, creating success, and making it work-out in a way that makes sense for you is almost, nearly impossible unless you highly are committed to do it.

Only the day-to-day commitment, consistency, discipline, desire, passion, focus, inspired action will lead you to the success you want… and for that, you have to be willing to become a student, you have to be willing to learn from others who are more successful to guide you.

 

I have decided on helping as many people as I possibly can to become the best version of themselves. And for that, I will not only talk about it tiredlessly, but I will also show them the solution, the step-by-step, the everyday grinding… and I will mentor them using the power of technology.
