“A Millionaire’s Approach to Real Estate” upcoming new book!

One of my passion is real estate… ever since I was a child, I remember looking at the big columns in the Cathedral in Havana, the open and expansive museums in my city of Holguin, the magnificent Spanish arquitecture of the buildings around the central park Calixto Garcia… I simply loved it!

Then, as I turn to my teenage years and it was time to choose a career, I decided to study Civil Construction. Since I always wanted to live in the United States, I thought that construction was a trade, career or profession, I would be able to execute regardless of  where I could be in the world… I was 15 years old… And I was so certain about that!

Years later, real estate became my most enjoyable way to spend my days.

I bought homes.

I sold homes.

I fixed homes.

I bought land.

I sold land.

I develop new homes and sold those new homes to families!

I’m sharing just a bit about this passion of mine because I am currently working on an upcoming book about real estate.

I want to share my expertise with all of you around the world. I want to inspire you to go and conquer your dreams, especially if you love real estate as much as I love it.

REAL ESTATE is absolutely an amazing business that allows you to completely achieve the freedom you want… from freedom to do what you want—- to freedom to earn what you want—- to freedom to enjoy the lifestyle you desire.
