Armando is a 27-year veteran of law enforcement. He joined the Miami-Dade Schools Police Department and after 3 years of service he decided to step away from law enforcement to focus exclusively on his entrepreneurship business in the areas of public speaking, coaching and network marketing.
Armando is a certified Families Trainer and conducts families training to empower and positively change family dynamics by proving the tools, resources and motivation to improve communication and family relationships.
Armando also teaches at Miami-Dade College, School of Justice, and has trained thousands of police officers and civilians since 1996.
Armando has been an online adjunct professor with Grand Canyon University since 2005 and continues to serve on their Faculty Advisory Board, a Peer Reviewer for the university, and teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in leadership, management, and policy.
