My Passion for Real Estate goes back 26 years ago!

Today, I decided to share with all my friends from around the world a little bit of my background.

This is my original certificate when I graduated from Civil Construction back in 1990…I was 19 years old. I loved my career. I enjoyed each and every subject I studied for 4 exciting years.

Back in Cuba, the tropical hot days were filled with new experiences.

7:00 am on the construction site. A light breakfast before leaving my home… then, a full day until 4:00pm dealing with blueprints, checking on the plumbers on the 3rd floor, counting the electrical outlets on the second floor to make sure the electrician didn’t skip any according to the approved final blueprints before the city inspector would pass by.

Then, go down to the first floor, test the consistency of the stucco to be applied on the exterior block walls… is it ok? or does it need more sand, or more water or more cement???

For six wonderful months, I spent my days on a construction site of a new technical school that the government was building as part of my final semester before I would graduate. Many of my fellow friends would complain, I instead enjoyed every day because I was learning so much from the people who had 20, 30, 35 years of hands-on-experience on the many different trades in construction.

Before I decided to study Construction, I said to myself: “Martha, you have to study something that you will be able to do regardless of where you live in the world”. Of course, I always dreamed of moving to the United States. But, I also thought of the possibility of Europe. Sure enough, in 1991… I was moving to the USA with my family to start a new life.

Fast forwarding to today… I am so extremely thankful of all I learned back in Cuba. Thanks to my education in Construction, I am able to be a Real Estate Developer. I am able to build new homes. I am able to create growth and expansion in the local economy. I am able to create new jobs. I am able to improve neighborhoods. I am able to create new opportunities for people so they also enhance their own lives. I am very proud to be part of this amazing world. I am very proud to share that I have sold over $68,000,000 in real estate. I have built over 60 brand new homes. I have bought and sold over 250 vacant lots. I have closed well over 600 real estate transactions in my entire career so far. I am currently just about to expand my real estate net worth exponentially in the next couple of months as I buy more real estate and start building million dollar estates.

And now, with technology at my fingertips is even better. Now, I can teach people around the world how to become happier and even more prosperous. Whether you decide to get involved with real estate, technology or both… know that it is possible to achieve what you want in your life… Just like me, many people come to the USA as immigrants with nothing except their big desire to be successful… and you can succeed too.
